Service Description: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
Caregiver Support - One-on-one and group support, as well as counseling for caregivers * training, information and education in providing physical and emotional care to client * information and referral to community resources * weekly support group
In-Home Friendly Visiting Program - Regular volunteer visits and/or phone calls to seniors and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship and reassurance
In-Home Help or Homemaking - Assistance with daily chores such as laundry, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, and meal preparation * service is offered weekly, bi-weekly, monthly
In-Home Respite - Temporary relief for caregivers of people with complex medical conditions

Medical Escort Services - Non-emergency transportation to local appointment
Seniors Intervention and Assistance Services - Intervention and support to help people facing homelessness, critical life changes, abuse or isolation * coordination of community supports * referrals to other community support services as necessary
Telephone Reassurance and Security Checks - Regular telephone calls, or other contact by a volunteer, to check on the health and safety of seniors and people with disabilities who live alone
