Service Description: Community-based outpatient clinic offering health care and treatment for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and for transgender people in the Guelph-Wellington-Dufferin, Grey-Bruce, Kitchener-Waterloo Cambridge catchment areas.

Clinic services are coordinated with services of ARCH HIV/AIDS Resources and Community Health and with other health and social service agencies.

  • services include scheduled appointments with HIV specialist, laboratory, support, counselling, education, consultations for health professionals, complementary therapy
  • treatment and monitoring of temporary and chronic health issues for transgender individuals

Eligibility / Target Population: Anyone who is HIV positive or thinks they have been exposed to the HIV virus may be referred to the clinic ; transgender individuals and people looking for medical support through transitioning
